1. My payment was rejected...
You may first want to contact PayPal, and then if need be support@riovista-media.com to arrange another method of payment.
2. I can't find links to downloads I purchased anywhere on your site.
Please note that an email with the same links is also automatically and immediately sent to you. However, on completion of the payment process, we also provide an option to immediately access the download links. This is available from the last page of the purchase process, after the transaction has been completed. From this page, you simply click-on the 'Return to RioVista Productions' button and you will be sent to a special temporary page that enables you to immediately download the files.
3. I was returned to the downloads page after paying, but I clicked on another page and couldn't get back to finish downloading my media
If you did reach the special temporary page (for immediate downloading) and somehow navigated away before getting your downloads, you will need to use your emailed links. Please note that you should be receiving two emails very shortly after your purchase (typically within less than 15 minutes). One is from PayPal, and is a receipt for your purchase, and another from RioVista-Media, which will contain the downloadable products links
4. Is there a "My Downloads" page on your site?
No. We provide emailed links that are automatically sent as soon as a transaction is completed. A special temporary page with immediate link access is also an option (please see note #2, above).
5. I see the link(s), but the file won't open....
Simply clicking the link should open the media file in your default media player. However, because some files are very large, we recommend right-clicking and selecting "Save Target As..." to begin downloading the media to your local machine before trying to open the file. Make sure you're not trying to download more than one item at a time. You may also need to close connections to other streaming media (or downloads) in order to have better access to your bandwidth.
6. My connection times out/hangs/breaks when downloading some files...

We also recommend right-clicking and selecting "Save Target As..." to begin downloading the media to your local machine before trying to open the file.
7. I got the email, but it was all garbled...
You must have HTML enabled in your mail client to be able to view and click links to downloaded products. If you have enabled HTML in your email and still can't view the link and connect to the download, please contact us at support@riovista-media.com and we will resend the links. When you contact us, please use the same email address you provided to PayPal when making your payment. Also, please provide your PayPal order number, the date of purchase and the RioVista-Media item numbers you purchased.
8. I haven't been able to download everything I purchased and the 24 hour time limit is up...
We can send you the links again! When you contact us, please use the same email address you provided to PayPal when making your payment. Also, please provide the date of purchase, your PayPal order number and the RioVista-Media item numbers you purchased.
9. I can't see download links on your site or in my email, or I can see them but they just don't seem to work, what else can we do?
Please contact us. We will arrange to give you FTP access to the media you purchased, or if need be, create a custom DVD or CD to mail to you. We'll make sure you get what you paid for! Email support@riovista-media.com, using the same email address you provided to PayPal when making your payment. Also, please provide the date of purchase, your PayPal order number and the RioVista-Media item numbers you purchased. You're welcome to call us at 760-479-9807 if you have questions or concerns.
