About the RioVista-Media Royalty Free License Agreement: Purchase and use of RioVista-Media nature video clips and music track products is a conditional usage license and agreement between the end-user and RioVista Productions.
Our license agreement grants the end-user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased stock footage and music media product "royalty free" in accordance with specific "Usage Terms and Conditions" and "License Usage Restrictions", as given in the agreement itself. Any purchase of our products, via download or box-shipped item, implies acceptance of the license agreement. Our license grants the right to use the nature video stock footage and music track products for creative purposes under a royalty-free status. This status allows an unlimited number of usage-instances that incur no additional fees or "royalties."
Group Licensing: Usage by 3 or more individuals requires either an additional single user license or a group license (covering up to 10 users). Please contact us directly via email or by phone at 760-479-9807 for more detail on purchasing a group license.
