NS2-NS7 are available in 1080i HDV or widescreen SD. All 7 Nature Series libraries, NS1-NS7, are now available in Standard Definition format. Online sales of HDV libraries are setup for 1080/60i format. You can easily order HDV in 1080/50i format by first contacting RioVista Productions via email or phone. Additional formats can also be accommodated by special request; just use the information on our Contact page to reach us.

And all of the content is from wilderness locations throughout 11 states of the American West.

About Nature Series-1: Nature Series-1 (NS1) is 525 clips in 21 collections that average about 19 seconds each (more than 2.5 hours total) and cover more than a dozen specific categories of nature. This library is available in 4:3 Standard Definition (SD) only and was shot entirely within the state of California. The primary camera used was the JVC GY-DV5000.
About NS2 thru NS7: Nature Series-2 thru Nature Series-7 (NS2-NS7) are comprised of 140 clips in each library. The clips average about 27 seconds each--more than an hour of footage in each library (more than 6 hours total). These libraries were shot in the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons from special wilderness locations throughout 11 states of the American West. There's more than 50 waterfalls and cascades, numerous rocky canyons, deserts, and prairies, lush and sparkling river valleys, mountain vistas from the great Cascades, Rockies, and Sierra ranges, hidden lakes and shimmering forests, rugged coastal shores, brilliant wildflowers and fascinating wildlife.
NS2-NS7 are available in 1080i HDV and widescreen SD. Every clip in these libriaries was sourced in high-definition. The primary camera used was the Canon XL H1. Each library is organized into five 25-clip collections plus one Bonus set of 15 additional clips (140 total). We recommend checking out our Demos page. There, you can get a very quick overview of the content in NS2-NS7.

Each high-definition clip from our NS2-NS7 libraries is in the Full Resolution of 1920 x 1080, according to HDV format specifications. Due to the very large file sizes of our HDV/1080i nature footage, we ship these libraries to you on portable hard drive.
